I bought “Digging for Gold” over a month ago and have been able to download it.

I have have recieved NO help or support concerning this issue from either Jon or his support team.

Very, very, poor service. LG.

Nice to see someone recommending the free Google tool rather than trying to sell the latest must have $$$ tool. Your Digging for Gold is a great resource too. Of course the best keyword research tool of all is – the human brain.

P.S You might want to remove the second is from your post headline
ie it should read: Why Is Keyword Research So Damn Hard?

I have to be honest that I initially thought that such Jon Orana isn’t really existing, and is only a robot or an “online figure” created by an online firm.
